Can you find my knee cap?

last night i went out for one of our first local meets. was standing there until my knee decided to go out on me. as i went to take a step my knee cap popped to the side. being a good sport, i have them start taking pics. i havent watched this yet with sound so i dont know how it is. it is dark so its kind of hard to see what is going on. not much, just me on the ground waiting for the ambulance. but at the end of the vid is a still shot of my knee. enjoy.

.wtf ambulance for that?? I got a buddy to drive me to the hospital the first time that happened to me. Since then I just put it back in place myself.

Well shit man. When I lived in Banff AB I had no choice but to walk everywhere. The concusion was the best walk though, 2 miles wit a buddy to keep me from losing my balance.
