intermient trouble code sensor, maintained, connector, shorts

so, i've had the CEL come on a couple times for the code-P0138 (M) 1/2 O2 Sensor Shorted To Voltage Oxygen sensor input voltage maintained above normal operating range-

i cleared it and it stayed off for 3-4 days then came back on tonight.

what is the issue and what is the fix?

.Could be the connector has some crud in it and is getting intermittent shorts. Or you have a leak on the power steering pump and this may be the first sign of the O2 sensor going bad.

.??? how would a leaking ps pump play into it?

I'll check the connectors on the o2 sensors.with that code though, which sensor am i looking for (since there's 3)

.well, searched and saw that its supposed to be the O2 sensor after the cat.

went and bought one in the other car and when i got back i started up the D to move it and the CEL is now off again.

checked the sensor anyways and the connection is tight, clean and dry.  however the little peg to attach it to the bracket was broken, so i zip tied it in place.

only other thing i've seen is that there is condensation in the exhaust system... maybe that's wigging out the sensor?
