Door panel New speaker openings

Hey everyone i'm new here, and i have a question, i;'ve looked around alot on the site and have seen one or so of these done, but basicly were the speaker goes, i have seen people make like a fiberglass piece that raises it out and than u use a different grill. I just wondering if anyone whos done it could give me some more pics or details, thanks
