G's forces and Clutch issues

sounds silly, but does anyone know the accel. G forces in a stock spec v? my head unit measures g forces it's pretty cool...  but anyway when i smash it in first gear im only pulling .6 G's. im pretty sure the cluth is slipping under the force , that is why i ask.. is there a fool-proof way to diagnose a slipping clutch?

Basically give it hard gas in probably 3rd gear and see if the rpm's go up quickly and then go right down (tires not spinning)
