Look, I'm not trying to knock you guys for doing a good job, but I was wondering why you guys don't filter out the whore-posts from threads that actually have a topic?

Whoring is tolerable in Lounge and some other threads, but for the most part, it is totally frustrating if you're trying to read about something and someone (or a team of people) take it upon themselves to totally jack the thread and whore it up with their personal lives.

I understand that most of us post while quot;bored at workquot;, but it's just a real waste of time sifting thru 10-pages of garbage to find some actual content.

I appologize in advance if I sound like I'm hassling you guys, but I do appreciate what you do (Daniel, I see you open A LOT of helpful threads).

I just wish someone would clean-house.

.Yeah, but does anyone actually want to volunteer to filter out the garbage? And what may be flamage from one person's perspective may have something valuable and useful to another.

Well, Lounge is garabage too, I was refering to threads that have a specific TOPIC (i.e. any thread titled quot;Officialquot; etc etc).

Again, I was refering to threads with actual topics, more specifically, a thread regarding important information regarding en event.

I'm not asking you to delete every post, I know it's not possible to filter out that much garbage...

There's actually a mod (I forgot his name), but he closed a thread that was getting out of hand.

And that, I thought was cool. I was part of the whoring in that case, but I still thought it was cool/respectable that he did that. He was moderating the forum, I mean, that's what you're supposed to do, right?

.its not gonna change, even if someone tried to do it... theres over 15k members here... theres bound to be some jacking.... this should be locked to avoid further confrontation IMO
