Y7 2 Y8 IM heeeelp! asap!

ok guys so I spent like 7 hours today doing the Intake manifold swap..
My civic is an auto and I think that I got the Y8 IM standard version..
My problems are:

1. The car will rev itself to the max (like pressing the gas pedal all the way down) right after I start it, that's without pluggin something..

2. The car car will rev about 1,800 with the thingie plugged in, but it sounds like a rotative (burp,burp) and the car shakes violenty.. consumes lots of gas!.

My questions are the following:

What's the black Denso thingie in the back of the y8 IM? I cant find nothing to plug it? I think that is the source of the problems.

I have other Denso thingie that came with the car but it wont fit the y8 one!

I need help asap, need to fix this or I will miss an important Honda local autoshow on tuesday!

.I've search other site and the prob is that the IAVC of the Y7 is two wires and the Y8 is three wires.. so which wires is it?

.pogkai, listen to me and listen to me very closely. go to engine tech, and find the stick that says quot; a PDF wth alot of good infoquot; inside of the pda there is a step by step y7 to y8 intake manifold conversion. it explains all the things you jsut asked.

.I downloaded the pdf, but its instruction weren't that clearly.. i'm still having prob.

if I leave the y7 IACV plugged it revs itself to the max
if I leave the y7 IACV unplugged it rev erractly.

I've tried sealing the y8 holes with the bare hands, but no effect.
