good head unit?

here is the head unit i was looking at for when i get my wrx

thats my head unit. i like the ones with the big screen but i could never afford them so this is what i got. iver never had any problems with it and i get alot of compliments on it.

.there was another one i was looking at, its the first one that comes up on pioneer's web site they want like 2k for it on crutch field but only 1600 for the scratch dent, ill prolly go fo that one with the scratch dent, bc they have a 30 day buy back if its too fucked up to use

well this is def comming at the end of the summer tho, bc i decided to go for the utec engine management (about $1000)  before i go for the dvd player. gotta pick your prefrences

but ill keep everyone posted about how my wrx is comming along, ill prolly be getting it by the end of the week

.pioneer makes good stuff for the money, the AVIC-N2 is coming out soon, it has a few more features like traffic reporting via xm and showing alternate routes, just a little fyi.  alpine is awesome stuff, but a little to expensive for me

.yeah i was really wanting to get one with navigation, but i could also just get a portable gps and have it mounted somewhere
