Please Help Me On This Turbo

Okay so I have been trying to find a greddy turbo kit on ebay for the past week or so. There has been a lot of them up there brand new and used. So I have been bidding a lot. I found this one guy. With 100% positive feedback. I got outbidded however the person that won the kit off ebay didn't pay him. The guy selling the kit emailed me and said if i payed $1,000 he would sell it to me. Here was the listing:

This is a brand new kit and comes with everything but the intercooler (which I already have). But I do not want to get ripped off. Tell me what you guys think I should do.

.like i said, i was ripped on this kit on ebay.... and 1000 bucks for a new kit is WAY cheap.

besides..... it is the greddy 19t kit with a 100% positive feed back too... its so tempting saving all that money.

.yes $1,000 is really cheap but if your trying to sell it your going to have to sell it for a little less then brand new. Some of the 15g kits sell for 1,400

well like the other dude said, its your call...

.so if worst comes to worse can't I get my money back after if something is missing or messed up. Can't I make him send me like some kind of email or something like gaurenteeing me w/e ya know?

.ask the quy if he any actual pics of it , not the ones from the greddy ads. maybe he will ship it c.o.d.  highly unlikely tho.

The turbo kit is actually my friends, im helping him sell the kit because he crashed his car and didnt get to install the kit. The kit is brand new never touched. It comes with the Turbine, 310 CC injectors, Greddy E-manage, and all the necessary wiring and pipings. Only thing you would need is an Intercooler, you can find one on ebay for like 300 easy. As for pictures thats the exact kit item for item, I cannot send a picture of the actual item  because i dont have a digital cam or neither does my friend. So if your willing to purchase the kit let me know because i have other buyers that might be interesting. Im just going down the list.

What do you guys think??

.tell him to relist with a buy it now option at 1000. this way, you have ebay protection. also, tell him you want paypal which you can have your credit card company back you up if anything goes wrong.
