another engineswap question

i wanna buy a b16 second gen engine but i'm unsure about a couple of things...what kind of axles do i buy? delsol? and other parts should i just get them out of any car that has a b16? the only thing thats making me lean more towards the turbo charged d16 then the b16 is the simplicity of parts? can someone please help me out b4 i do something i know i'm gonna regret...i really want this b16, i could get a d16 for like 1000 installed and the 2nd gen b16 for 1200 complete not installed...but i could get some friends to help me out...please simplfy

.other things i'm wondering is how much did the final cost come out to? and what problems did u come along both installing wise and technical wise? tahnk you

.if u swap in the b16 u better make sure the swap has everthing u need like: the complete engine w/ tranny, axles (i'm pretty sure all the b series axles r the same, check part #'s w/ honda dealership), wiring harness and ECU (if your civic is a 92 u need these to be OBD1) and motor mounts (gsr or del sol DOHC vtecs will work for ure car). make sure that the ppl u buy from have some sort of start up/compression warranty on engine.

other things to consider: have distributor, alternator and starter checked (lot of auto part stores do it for free). dont forget to add spark plugs, new plug wires, oil, coolant, tranny fluid, etc . . . .

also consider that turbo motors are higher maintenance! you should change your oil more often (1000 to 1500 miles) and u should switch to full synthetic. you'll prolly need a turbo timer, boost gauge, a/f and oil pressure if u want. and u will need an intercooler if your kit doesnt come w/ one!
w/ my turbo motor i always check oil and coolant every morning and i always let my engine warm up (even in the summer). i usually check my plugs at least once a week. . . . . . . just some things to think about. i try my best to keep my turbo in good shape bcuz they aren't cheap!

good luck! dont forget to do your own research b4 u go through w/ your project. the more u understand everything that is involved the less likely u r to have the SUPRISE problems
