Dump valve

hey everyone I was just wondering has anyone put a dump valve on there car. I am think of setting one up just for **** and giggles. What do u guys think should i or not worth the time CheerRob

.im assuming its an exhaust dump valve.  It's essentially a Y-pipe that installs anywhere after the header(s) and is cable controlled from the cabin.  It flows exhaust normally or quot;dumpsquot; it right after the header depending on which way the valve is opened.

doubt you'll see too much gain, just more noise than anything

.its better refered to as a exaust cutout. and as stated by soontobeaspec, doubt you will see much gain from it unless youare going turbo. and it will sound like total hell raspy and extremely loud. i ran open header on day to see how loud it it wasnt bearable inside the car i had to wear ear plugs
