Insight Seats in my civic?

How hard would it be to fit the Insight seats into my 1995 Civic?  My searches came back empty and unhelpful, I'm not sure if its been done yet, I drove one today and loved the seats, they look awesome, but the car itself is slow and a little ugly, but the interior is cool.

Do the seats just bolt or do i have to custom fab some brackets ect?

.yeah this will be custom fab'ed since they don't come in any other car then a insight.
