2002 dodge dakota sport quad cab. I searched for this one in the threads but no luck... Ive had the truck a year and I still cant figure out why when I open any door, the dome light shuts off... Seems as if it should be the other way around. Keyless entry lights up the cab with all doors closed, but as soon as I open a door, the dome light shuts off! Tried all the settings on the dimmer control... makes it difficult at night to always manually hit the overhead lamp. Any thoughts? Fuses? Wiring? Operator error...thx
.Maybe the button thats on the door jam is staying compressed as if the door was closed. Even with the door open, it would be the easiest place to start.
.no button on the door jam, its all internal (2002). Plus, it is any of the 4 doors that turns the light off... Could it be the BCM or even the CTM?? |
