Bay Area Meet 10/2

This is the thread where you sign up for the Bay Area Meet @ Coyote Point Park in October.

(P.S. WE MAY BE GOING TO DAVE N BUSTER'S AFTER THE BBQ AND FUN AT THE PARK... 21+ INVITED TO JOIN FOR DRINKS AND A DIFFERENT KIND OF FUN  )

Please reply with your name, the number of people in your car, and if you can bring anything what you'd like to bring (this can be picnic food, drinks, utencils or plates, or anything else for fun)

WHAT:  Bay Area meet w/ park bbq

WHERE:  Coyote Point Park in San Mateo (see map below)

WHEN:  October 2, 2004 @ 1pm

FEE:  $5 per vehicle

ADDRESS:  1961 Coyote Point Drive, San Mateo, 94401

DIRECTIONS:
From the north (San Francisco), use Highway 101 South. Take the Poplar Avenue exit. Turn right onto Humbolt until Peninsula Avenue. Turn right onto Peninsula Avenue. Go over the freeway, and then circle around and into the Park.

From the south (San Jose), use Highway 101 North. Take the Dore Avenue exit. Immediately turn left onto North Bayshore Boulevard. Turn right onto Coyote Point Drive to the park.

Please follow Coyote Point Drive straight all the way around towards the Marina.  We will be using the EUCALYPTUS PICNIC AREA (which is shaded), so please park in the large parking area on the eastern edge of the park, along the marina, next to the playground and field.  you should see my little red betty there already   
It may be breezy, so layers are probably the best bet.  There are great views of the bay too, so make sure to bring a camera and we might be able to get some good photo shoots too.  There's swimming if you're up to it on the north shore, otherwise dress for some fun on the grass cuz i'm bringing the sports equipment!

the museum has a fee to get in ($6 per adult), but it might be neat to see.  we'll play it by ear and see how many would like to check that out too.  here's the website for the museum:

.Alicia you know I am always down for meets, but I have to be a maybe on this one...I will be down at school and I will try and come up but I might be at a wedding in Colorado that weekend for a friend

well it's set for oct 2 (saturday) currently, and the only other day i could play with is oct 3 (sunday).  we'll see how things go in the next couple weeks.  and hey, get some people to check this out.  it could be a lot of fun!  

.Im down to attend its been awhile since i have attend a cc meet. As long as i get my clutch changed out by then.

.that's awesome.  i can't wait to meet some new faces from cc, and people from around the bay even better.
