How to seat Caliper Piston Boot?

Rebuilding the front Calipers on my 02 Spec, one of the piston boots is torn and I need to replace it.

Does anyone have any insight on how to get the boot to seat into the groove on the inside of the piston bore?

I put the boot on the piston, and then pressed the piston all the way back into the bore, but it seems like the boot is just sitting there in the bore, like the lip on it is not going into the groove on the inside of the caliper?  I tried putting the boot into the bore first and making sure it was seated properly, but then when I tried to insert the piston the boot was pinched between the piston and the bore and it tore the boot.    So caliper rebuild kit next on shopping list...

The manual is not much help, it just says to insert the boot into the groove.

Any help is appreciated...

.Its a finess thing- some dust boots are a PITA to install. You may want to try using a dull pick and poke around the boot to try pushing it into the groove. I dont know of any fancy tricks! Anyone else?
