Tein SS vs. K-Sports

Hey guys I was wondering which one people thought were better. I've searched around a couple forums and so far what I've gotten is that the K-sports are a lot stiffer and better for handling while the SS are a lot more comfy for daily driving although still very good at handling. I have the Tein SS now but I'm debating on selling them for the K-sports because I felt the K-sports on my friend's b15 SE and they seemed amazing. I know the K-sports are 32-way adjustable and come with pillowball mounts. The Tein SS are only 16-way adjustable and you have to use your OEM mounts but I know in the SS you can change the stiffness in the rear dampers while you can't in the K-sports. Apparently in the K-Sports you can only adjust the stiffness of the front dampers. Anyways, I just wanted to know what people's opinions were on these 2 coilover systems.

.u can adjust on both front and back? dunno where ppl got where they can't. unless they got gipped, cause i can on mine. only problem is, u have to cut ur trunk in order to reach it since the adjustment knob for ksports is like

-------------------------------------------------------------

this long (give or take) so with the small opening in the trunk u can't make it fit

.I can adjust the dapeners on my ksports...(YOU have to put the adjustment knob on BEFORE you install it to the car) then all I need to do is pull back the carpet, there are two holes where you can reach and adjust the shocks  pretty easy.

.I put my rear dampers at 6 clicks from stiffest, and lft them there- day to day driving, and auto-x.  Not much need for adustment.
I was tempted by the K-Sports but after reading so many threads about clunking sounds etc, I went Tein.  Build quality = A1.

.The only problem I have with my superstreets is the lack of mounts.  I've already cracked one strut bearing with them set on full stiff and I have a feeling the other one maybe going out soon

.They're both good, but with the Ksports you can lower the car without losing suspension travel. Can't do that with the TEIN. Not to mention that the Ksports come with mounts amp; everything! (^o^ )

.dont the SS come with upper mounts?

.Jed.. stop changing your mind lol.. you have other things to take care of

.haha Jed.......still have the k-sports on your mind?

So from what I gather, the dampening on the rear ksports are adjustable?

pillowball mounts? no.
ksport definitely has a better warranty if something breaks. they have a 2 week turnaround time. tein has like, a 4 month turn around time. if your strut goes out, you send yours to them and they take their sweet little time getting another one to you

.Ksports FTW! I installed mine last friday, then put them to use over the weekend at an autoX event. I am still doing to fine tuning to them, but the ride is awesome. Btw you can adjust the stiffness/softness on the front and rear. You just have to remove the rears to adjust them.

.KSports seemed too good to be true, for the $$.
Maybe they're not (  for me)

.prices are low cause they are trying to get thier product out there, but if u look at their site, the msrp on their suspension is about the same as tein ss.

.JUST FOR THE RECORD....the tein SS can be 32 way adjustable if you get the edfc

damn i didnt know that. yeah i drop my front pretty low with my teins almost adjust to the max (two treads left) and yeah i lose a lot of suspension travel, which makes handling pretty dangerous going at fast speeds go over bumps especially small little dips/pot holes. the back is fine though got lots of travel. still go tein, jdm ftw.
